Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Lawlor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jayden Rolin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lawlor comes to the cage accompanied by Irigy Hónaljmirigy - Rúgj Chuck Norris (Chuck Norris parody by Hungarians). John Lawlor had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Lawlor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jayden Rolin! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jorge Garcia and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lawlor tries to clinch but Rolin moves out of range. Lawlor takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
It looks like John Lawlor has been cut. Lawlor shoots in looking for a takedown but Rolin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lawlor's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Lawlor closes the distance but Rolin moves to the side and Rolin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Lawlor shoots in but no luck this time. Lawlor tries to clinch but Rolin moves out of range. Lawlor shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rolin napping and manages to drive through into side control! Lawlor goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Rolin rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Lawlor's guard! Nice work there by Rolin! Rolin postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rolin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Rolin won't allow Lawlor to sweep him here. Lawlor is working hard here to advance position. Rolin keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lawlor's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rolin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Lawlor is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Rolin postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lawlor is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Rolin, into his guard. Lawlor pushing down on Rolin's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Lawlor prevents Rolin from improving his position. Lawlor working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Lawlor is looking to take a break and control but Rolin is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Lawlor moves into full mount! Rolin won't be happy about that!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lawlor is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Rolin can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Lawlor looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Rolin is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Lawlor has taken his back.
Lawlor missing with strikes. Lawlor tries to get the hooks in deep but Rolin pushed the leg off. Rolin is trapped and Lawlor is scoring with shots to the head and body. Lawlor has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Rolin has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lawlor tries to get the hooks in deep but Rolin pushed the leg off.

Lawlor is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Rolin is tapping out! This one is all over!
