The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matthews lands with a slapping head kick.
Cousteau shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Matthews as he jumps to the side.
Horrible takedown attempt by Cousteau or perhaps it was just good defense by Matthews, which made it look bad.
