Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Diamond Andy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Dotson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Diamond Andy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chris Dotson! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Dirk Anderson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Andy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Dotson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dotson pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Dotson misses the shot to the body. Andy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Andy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dotson manages to avoid it. Andy staying out of range there. Andy dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Andy misses with a body shot.
Dotson is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Andy with a body shot. Dotson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Andy.
Andy is looking to land body kicks. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Andy throws a body punch but Dotson moves out of range. Andy throws a body shot but no joy. Dotson lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Andy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dotson.
Andy thuds his right hand into Dotson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Andy is looking to wear down Dotson with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dotson throws the left hand but Andy avoids the punch easily. Andy is looking to counter with a body kick. Dotson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Andy sees it coming and avoids it easily. A quick step to the side and Andy tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Dotson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Andy. Dotson feints a jab promting Andy to slip. Dotson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Andy slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Diamond Andy has been cut. Andy throws a sloppy head kick and Dotson moves out of range easily. Dotson misses with an uppercut. Andy saw that one coming. Diamond Andy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dotson misses with a looping right. Andy drops Dotson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dotson looks back up at him and smiles so Andy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A slow jab from Andy misses its intended target. Dotson misses with a wild combination.
Dotson moves out of range as Andy throws a body kick.
Andy throws a body punch but Dotson moves out of range. Andy throws a push kick but Dotson slaps the foot to one side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Andy goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Andy throws a looping overhand right but Dotson ducks down to avoid it. Dotson is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Andy with a body shot. Andy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dotson was well out of range. Poor timing from Andy. Andy swings and misses with a shot to the body and Dotson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Dotson blocks the body kick.
It seemed like Dotson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Andy scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Andy misses with a wild body shot. Andy on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Andy scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Andy lands a leg kick that knocks Dotson off balance momentarily. Andy misses with a straight right. Dotson throws out a loose jab but Andy uses good head movement to avoid it. Andy walks into a stiff left hand from Dotson.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Andy lands a big right hand that sends Dotson crashing to the mat! Andy stays standing though and waves Dotson back to his feet!
Dotson is rocked! Andy throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Dotson steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Andy. That one must have hurt. Andy scores with a nice body kick.
Dotson darts in and out, connecting with a jab. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Andy misses with a body shot
and Dotson counters with a lovely straight right hand! Andy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

A nice side step and Dotson releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Andy scores with a kick to the midsection. Dotson looks winded! Dotson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Dotson avoids the body shot from Andy.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Andy throws a body shot but no joy. Andy throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. We've been informed that Dotson has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Dotson misses with an uppercut. Andy lands a slapping body shot.
Dotson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dotson there as he acknowledges the shot. Andy throws a sloppy head kick and Dotson moves out of range easily. Dotson ducks right into an uppercut from Andy. Dotson looks to land a right hand but Andy moved out of range. Andy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Andy throws a wild body kick that Dotson sees coming a mile off. Dotson takes one on the button. Dotson is still on wobbly legs! Can Andy finish him? Dotson misses with a wild body shot. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Diamond Andy dominated that round. The cut man is working on Diamond Andy's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Dotson seems to have recovered his senses. Chris Dotson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dotson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Andy.
Dotson missing with a left hand there. Andy was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Andy swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Andy lands a big uppercut and Dotson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Dotson looks OK. Andy waves Dotson back to his feet!
Dotson is rocked! Dotson avoids the head kick by Andy.
Dotson is still on wobbly legs! Can Andy finish him? Andy lands with a big right hook that stumbles Dotson - he's out on his feet here! Andy follows up with another monster hook that separates Dotson from consciousness! Dotson falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Andy stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Diamond Andy!
