The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La Brute lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Dean throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
La Brute shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dean eats them both and turns towards La Brute to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Dean takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Dean is on the wrong end of a nice combination from La Brute.
La Brute fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dean with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling La Brute to score with a decent uppercut.
Oooooh!!! La Brute has knocked Dean down with a huge combo! La Brute steps away and waves a wobbly Dean back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Dean is rocked!
Dean leaves his chin hanging out and La Brute seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Dean crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Momo La Brute!
Momo La Brute bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
