Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kwon Jin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Horvat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kwon Jin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ivan Horvat! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horvat fails in his attempt to clinch. Jin scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Horvat on the wrong end of a nice jab. The fight moves into the clinch position. Horvat stalling in the clinch but Jin improves position. Jin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Jin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Horvat takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Jin scores with a shot to the body.
Kwon Jin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Horvat misses with a takedown and Jin moves into the clinch. Jin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jin gets in close and instigates a clinch. Horvat pulls Jin into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jin trying to control but Horvat is working from the bottom. Jin gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Horvat doesn't manage to clinch there - Jin circles away.
Jin lands a right hook to the body.
Horvat tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jin manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Jin lands a right hook to the body.
Horvat avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jin wants to clinch. Kwon Jin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jin fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Horvat looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Horvat shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Horvat looks winded! Jin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Despite the aggression on Horvat's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Jin lands a jab-cross combination. Jin moves into the clinch. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Horvat is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Jin to keep the fight standing. Kwon Jin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Horvat. Jin breaks from the clinch.
Horvat has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Horvat there as he acknowledges the shot.
Horvat is rocked! Jin throws a series of punches but Horvat moves out of range. Jin drops Horvat with a straight right hand, right on the button! Jin follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kwon Jin!
