OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Fatu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Penn was covering up waiting for the punch and Fatu finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Penn throws his legs up looking for a submission but Fatu uses it to pass to side control.
