Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Davey Brook!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dmitri Yurkov!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Brook misses.
Yurkov walks into a left hand.
Yurkov moves in looking to clinch but Brook pushes him off.
Brook pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Yurkov changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Brook scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Brook throws an off balance right hand
and Yurkov counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Yurkov slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Brook is trying to get back to half guard.
Brook struggling a bit here.
Brook is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Brook controls the position for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yurkov tries to move into full mount but can't pass Brook's legs.
Brook wants to control but Yurkov postures up.
Yurkov working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Brook wants to control but Yurkov postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brook tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Brook can't do much from the bottom here.
Brook knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Yurkov on the ground.
Brook gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Yurkov is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Brook is in real trouble.
Yurkov is cranking Brook's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Brook! He's tightened the choke and Brook is tapping out!
