Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kazimeras Murowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demarco Payne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murowski comes to the cage accompanied by Sum 41 - Underclass Hero. Payne is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: California Love by Tupac and Dr Dre. Demarco Payne is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kazimeras Murowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Demarco Payne! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Murowski on the wrong end of a nice hook. Payne fails with an attempt to clinch.

Payne clinches up with Murowski and pushes him back against the cage. Payne changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Murowski fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Payne fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Murowski on the side of the head. Payne throws a nice looking combination but Murowski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Payne throws a chopping leg kick but Murowski manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Murowski is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Payne. No joy there for Murowski, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

so Murowski counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Payne wants to get back to his feet but Murowski is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Murowski slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Payne. Payne wants to get back to his feet. Payne scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Murowski manages to mount him!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Payne looks gassed! Payne is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Murowski tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Payne's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Murowski looking to control and managing it successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kazimeras Murowski dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Payne. Payne falls off balance throwing a combination
and Murowski counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Payne is lucky that one didn't land flush. Murowski takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Payne tries to clinch up and Murowski decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Payne's guard. Payne pushes Murowski off and gets back to his feet.
Payne is breathing heavily. Payne throws a combination that misses and Payne takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Payne tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Murowski counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Murowski seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Payne tries to kick Murowski off but Murowski keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Murowski is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Payne wants to stand back up but Murowski manages to pass into side control.
Murowski stands up and we're back to a striking position. Payne gets caught flat footed, as Murowski shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Murowski stands up from guard. Let's bang! Payne's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Payne duly obliges. Murowski lands with a slapping head kick. Payne throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Murowski counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Murowski takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Payne tries to clinch and Murowski counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Payne thinking. Murowski changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Payne tries to avoid it but Murowski manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Payne to the ground. Payne escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Payne is looking to chop away at Murowski's legs. Payne throws a sloppy head kick and Murowski counters with a flying knee. Nice. Payne tries for a takedown but Murowski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Payne chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Murowski can pounce on him.

and Murowski counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Murowski fails with the takedown and Payne counters with a two punch combo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Murowski throws a sloppy head kick and Payne moves out of range easily. Payne looks to clinch and Murowski counters with a left and a right that stings Payne. Murowski circles away from the clinch attempt.
Payne looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Payne moves in looking to clinch but Murowski pushes him off. Kazimeras Murowski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A head kick misses from Murowski. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Payne has Murowski up against the cage in a clinch.
Payne breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Murowski tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Payne connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kazimeras Murowski dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Murowski throws a head kick that misses and Payne counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Payne. Murowski is trying to break free. Payne gets underhooks to prevent Murowski's takedown attempt.
Payne prevents Murowski from breaking the clinch. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Payne drags the fight down to the ground.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Payne is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Murowski is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Murowski wants to control from the top but Payne keeps moving. Payne wants to get back to his feet but Murowski is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Payne uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Payne or perhaps it was just good defense by Murowski which made him look bad. Murowski wants to clinch up but Payne keeps it at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Murowski darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Murowski seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Payne tries to get to full guard but Murowski has control of the leg. Murowski prevents Payne from standing back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Payne wants to get back to full guard. Murowski is figuring out what he wants to do next. Kazimeras Murowski overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Payne tries to kick Murowski off but Murowski keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Murowski uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Payne. Kazimeras Murowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Demarco Payne. Payne is looking to clinch but Murowski is avoiding it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Murowski shoots for a double leg takedown but Payne sprawls well. He's pushed Murowski's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Payne clinches but Murowski breaks the clinch and Murowski counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Murowski circles away from the clinch attempt and Murowski counters with a nice kick to the body. Payne tries to clinch there but Murowski circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Payne. Demarco Payne has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kazimeras Murowski is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Murowski swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Payne counters with a stiff right hand.
And that's the end of the fight! Kazimeras Murowski showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Murowski, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
