The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaughnessy looks to score with a jab to the body but Mosaddegh is just out of range.
Mosaddegh misses with a jab to the body
and Shaughnessy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mosaddegh ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Shaughnessy moves away.
Shaughnessy misses with a hook. Mosaddegh ducked under it nicely.
Mosaddegh slips a straight right by Shaughnessy.
Mosaddegh was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
A looping hook to the body misses from Shaughnessy. Mosaddegh does a little dance to reset his feet.
Shaughnessy feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Mosaddeghs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

and Mosaddegh cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Cael Shaughnessy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shaughnessy jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

and Mosaddegh counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Shaughnessy is rocked!
Mosaddegh cracks Shaughnessy with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Shaughnessy falls to his knees and Mosaddegh doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
