Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby McBain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Dandas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McBain comes to the cage accompanied by The Drunk Scottsman. Bobby McBain is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bobby McBain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bruce Dandas! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McBain swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McBain seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Dandas throws out a loose jab but McBain uses good head movement to avoid it. McBain half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Dandas fails in his attempt to clinch. McBain misses the shot to the body. Dandas fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. McBain sprawls well initially but Dandas persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Dandas seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but McBain does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Dandas might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Dandas is stalling here. McBain is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Dandas seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and McBain has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dandas gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Dandas is trying to get back to full guard. McBain is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Dandas! McBain tries to control but Dandas wriggling away. Dandas really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Dandas tries to lock up and control but McBain gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Dandas can't escape the position.
McBain wants to control the pace but Dandas is squirming around nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dandas is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
McBain throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Dandas because McBain loaded up on that one. Dandas is looking to get to half guard. McBain looking to control but Dandas is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Dandas tries to hold on but McBain postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McBain looking to control but Dandas is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dandas in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Dandas is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Dandas feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Dandas is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Dandas keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of McBain's head. Bobby McBain overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. McBain working a defensive guard here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dandas tries to free his leg and advance position but McBain is retaining full guard. McBain might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dandas missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Dandas lands a couple of decent looking shots. Dandas stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McBain swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dandas stays in close to McBain's body and controls the position. Dandas looking to sit in guard and control but McBain gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
McBain is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dandas can do to turn this around? Dandas trying to keep a closed guard but McBain is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McBain stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dandas swivels though and keeps the full guard. McBain preventing the sweep. The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Dandas tries to clinch up. McBain tries to counter with a takedown but Dandas is quick to defend against it. Dandas fails in his attempt to clinch.

Bruce Dandas showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

McBain has momentary wrist control but Dandas slips an elbow through the middle. Dandas scoring with some ground and pound. Dandas is working McBain over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
It looks like Bobby McBain has been cut. Dandas postures up in McBain's guard and throws a big left but McBain blocks it. Dandas trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Dandas loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dandas controlling from the top position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. McBain pulls Dandas in to control the position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Dandas closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Dandas scores with punches from side control. Dandas working the body and head with strikes. Dandas working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Dandas trying to control the position but McBain is working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dandas lands an elbow. Dandas thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! McBain tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dandas wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
And that's the end of the fight! Bruce Dandas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Dandas has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
