Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Vex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ace King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vex comes to the cage accompanied by Dangerous - Busta Rhymes. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King swats away the attempt to clinch by Vex.

King on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
King trying to stall but Vex improves his position.
King jumps guard but Vex stands there with King around his waist. King gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Vex's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if King can do anything to dispel that myth.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as King holds on and takes a little breather.
King is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Vex stands up and waves to King to follow him.

King closes the distance and clinches up with Vex, looking for a takedown. King pushes Vex against the cage but Vex circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

King fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Vex checks it well.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

King misses with a takedown attempt - Vex sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Tyler Vex showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Vex has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A less than humble Tyler Vex misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
