Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jakke Ruutu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Booger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruutu comes to the cage accompanied by 50 Cent - I'm Supposed to Die Tonight. Booger has chosen Ang Kulangot as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Booger lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ruutu circles away quickly and effectively.

Booger throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ruutu.
Ruutu is looking to slow Booger down with leg kicks.
Ruutu scores with a head kick. Booger tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ruutu goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Ruutu throws a head kick but Booger moves out of range.

Ruutu throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Ruutu, right into the meat.
Booger takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Ruutu.

Ruutu tries to land a leg kick but Booger saw it coming and moves away.
Ruutu buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

A nice leg kick lands there from Ruutu.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Booger on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Ruutu enables Booger to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ruutu manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Booger stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Ruutu has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Booger manages to get his head free but now Ruutu has transitioned to an armbar! Booger grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Ruutu! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
