Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dan Constanza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sambo Patrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Constanza kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Morning Glory - Oasis. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Constanza fails with an attempt to clinch.
Patrick fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Constanza, pushing him back against the cage.
Constanza pulls guard.
Patrick won't allow Constanza to get back to his feet.
Patrick controls from within his opponent's guard.
Constanza has his hands on Patrick's head, controlling the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Constanza is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Patrick lands with a few short shots to the body.
Constanza passes the guard and advances to mount!
Constanza manages to capitalize on a mistake by Patrick to take his back!
Patrick tries to roll but Constanza sticks to his back.
Patrick really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Constanza. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Constanza loading up with punches from the back mount - how long can Patrick hold on?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Constanza is cranking Patrick's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Patrick! He's tightened the choke and Patrick is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Dan Constanza!
