Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tanner Rojas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cho Yugara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tanner Rojas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tanner Rojas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cho Yugara! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yugara throws a shot to the body.
Yugara fails in his attempt to clinch. The fight moves into the clinch position. Rojas effectively controlling the action here. Yugara works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Rojas keeping full guard, as Yugara tries to pass. Yugara should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Yugara throwing strikes but missing. Rojas is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Yugara has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rojas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Rojas is adopting a defensive guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yugara advances position into side control! Yugara tries to advance to mount but can't. Yugara trying to control the position but Rojas is working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rojas prevents Yugara from moving into mount. Yugara trying to control the action but Rojas is working from the bottom. Rojas tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rojas struggling a bit here. Rojas wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yugara is looking to take a break and control but Rojas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Yugara has hold of Rojas's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Rojas seems comfortable defending it but Yugara has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Rojas is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Rojas is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Yugara couldn't care less - he's delighted!
