James kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tuesday's Gone. Milan Michalek has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Tommy James's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been informed that Michalek has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Michalek will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

James looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
James chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Michalek can pounce on him.

James uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Michalek.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Michalek lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and James has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from James and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

James looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Michalek and James are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Michalek throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking James into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Michalek knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Milan Michalek really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fury Nutrition Inc. logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
