Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jeeri forces Gorfal back against the cage and clinches.

Gorfal successfully pulls guard.
Jeeri has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gorfal is proving hard to escape from.
Gorfal is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Gorfal escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jeeri gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jeeri avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gorfal looking for a sweep. Not yet Gorfal, not yet.

Jeeri gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Jeeri fails with an attempt to clinch.

Jeeri gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gorfal stops Jeeri from standing up.

Gorfal has gone for a leg lock! Jeeri slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gorfal's guard.

Jeeri wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Gorfal's closed guard. He's half up but Gorfal has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Gorfal pivots and extends the arm, Jeeri falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Gorfal! Well done that man!
