The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asap tries a head kick but it misses.
Theodorou tries to counter with a takedown but Asap is quick to defend against it.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Asap.
Asap has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Asap connects with a high kick.
It looks like Jake Theodorou has been cut.
Asap stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Asap wants it to stay on the feet.
Asap throws a head kick that Theodorou semi-blocks.
Theodorou shoots in and drives through. Asap sprawls well.
That kick from Asap tenderised Theodorou's leg. Theodorou is trying to keep his angry face on.
Asap keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Theodorou stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Asap swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Theodorou has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Asap has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Theodorou has passed into side control.

Theodorou is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Asap's shoulder. That is not cool.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Asap really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Theodorou. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Theodorou lands a big shot to the head and Asap winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
