The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hermit with a lazy takedown attempt
and Cullen counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hermit thinking.
Hermit shoots and misses
and Cullen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hermit misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kassidy Cullen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drunken Hermit.
Cullen circles away from the clinch attempt
and Cullen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hermit takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Whack! Cullen lands a heavy head kick that drops Hermit. The ref tackles Cullen to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Hermit was done.
