The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter throws a leg kick but Dixon moved away.
Jab by Carter.
Carter scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Dixon could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Carter lands a jab.
Carter is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Dixon is rocked!
It looks like Emmitt Dixon has been cut.
Dixon glances at the clock... BAM! Carter nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Dixon crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Dixon is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Slight Carter!
