The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orkidea slaps away a takedown attempt from Jomo, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jomo walks into a stiff left hand from Orkidea.
Jomo gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Orkidea.
Orkidea throws a head kick that Jomo semi-blocks.
Jomo takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Jomo avoids the head kick by Orkidea.
Orkidea misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jomo attempts a counter takedown but Orkidea avoids it well and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Whack! Orkidea lands a heavy head kick that drops Jomo. The ref tackles Orkidea to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Jomo was done.

Olof Orkidea decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
