The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancaster showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jonathon.
Lancaster throws a big counter head kick but Jonathon avoids it with no problem.
Lancaster misses with the combination.
Jonathon shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Jonathon was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Jonathon is trying to get an arm triangle but Lancaster is defending well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

An out of breath Ben Jonathon thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
Avro Lancaster spoke after the fight, saying 'This is bullshit! I won that fight, i broke both of his hands with my head for Christ sake!'.
