Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between El Loco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Light (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Light has chosen Ride for This-Fabolous as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, El Loco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
25 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bobby Light!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Light takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Light is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Loco swings for the body but Light moves out of range.
Light drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Loco defends it well.
Light slips a straight right by Loco.
Light has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Loco lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A lazy left from Loco finds it's target.
Loco lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Light tries to bum rush Loco with a series of wild strikes but Loco uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Light ducks under a wild hook from Loco.
Light will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Loco scores with a decent looking hook.
Light takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Light goes for a double leg but Loco avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Loco continues to drive forward.
Loco looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nice defenses there by Light.
Loco feints a jab promting Light to slip. Loco then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Light slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Loco has closed the distance and engaged Light in a clinch.
Light lands a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Light prevents Loco from getting back to his feet.

Loco seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Loco not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Light in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Light lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Light drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Light jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Loco wants to sweep here but Light controlling him for the moment.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Light accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Loco wants to stand up but Light is controlling him.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Light misses with a takedown attempt
and Loco cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
El Loco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Light.
Light wants to clinch.
Loco will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Light tries a head kick but it misses.
Loco definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Light on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Loco is looking to slow Light down with leg kicks.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Light tries to pull guard but Loco won't allow it.
Light changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Loco fights it off and pushes away nicely.
A decent looking cross lands there for Loco.
Loco clobbers Light with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Light uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Loco.
Loco connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Light momentarily.
Light fails to land the takedown.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Loco, as that shot connected.

Loco swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Loco is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Light shoots for a takedown but Loco saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Light tries to move into range but Loco moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Loco throws a shot to the body.
Loco bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Light's head backwards.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Light.

A telegraphed right hand from Loco misses the target.
Loco tests Light's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Light wants to clinch
and Loco counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
El Loco dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Light shoots in looking for a takedown but Loco manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Light's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Light darts in looking for a takedown but Loco gets double underhooks and turns Light into the cage.
An inside leg kick lands from Loco.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Loco enables Light to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Loco manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Light won't allow Loco to get back to his feet.

Light tries to grapple but his opponent circles
enabling Loco to counter with a crisp jab.
Loco is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Loco defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Light.
El Loco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Light.
Light shoots in for a takedown but Loco shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

El Loco is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Light tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Loco is looking to counter punch.
Bobby Light is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Loco, right into the meat.
Loco throws a good cross that connects.
Light changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Loco tries to avoid it but Light manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Loco to the ground. Loco escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Loco is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Light can do to turn this around?
Loco feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lights jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Light tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Loco defends well and Light ends up having to push Loco into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Light is breathing heavily.

Loco throws a lazy right hand but Light sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Loco cracks Light with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Light fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Loco sprawls well initially but Light persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Light throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Light wants to work for an arm triangle but Loco is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Light stalling away here and it's allowed Loco to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Loco wants to stand and escape but Light is having none of it.
Bobby Light has got the better of the ground game so far.

Light has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Loco tries to clinch but Light is having none of it.
Loco lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Light looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Light is defended easily by Loco.

Light takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Loco avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Loco clobbers Light with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
El Loco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
