Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean McNamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stromile Farseer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McNamara comes to the cage accompanied by Massive Attack - Teardrop (House M.D.). Stromile Farseer has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 32 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sean McNamara! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stromile Farseer! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McNamara changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Farseer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Farseer is looking for a sweep. Farseer is not content to let McNamara control the position. Farseer is trying to get back to half guard. Farseer gets back to half guard. Farseer tries to get to full guard but McNamara has control of the leg. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McNamara is taking a breather. Farseer says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McNamara seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Farseer for as long as he can get away with. Farseer is trying to control but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. McNamara not doing much here.
McNamara is trying to control. Farseer wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Farseer is trying to get back to full guard. Farseer holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. McNamara is controlling the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. McNamara avoids the head kick by Farseer.
McNamara was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! McNamara crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Farseer - the referee stops the clock and McNamara gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Farseer. McNamara manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Farseer throws a quick inside leg kick. McNamara shoots and misses and Farseer counters with a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McNamara will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Despite the aggression on Farseer's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. McNamara has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Farseer. Farseer fakes the leg kick and cracks McNamara in the body. McNamara is breathing heavily. A low kick from McNamara misses and Farseer counters with a left to the body. Farseer thuds his shin into the meat of McNamara's side. We've been hearing reports that McNamara has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Farseer thuds a left hand into McNamara's body. Farseer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McNamara circles away quickly and effectively. McNamara misses with a combination
and Farseer cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Farseer is looking to slow McNamara down with leg kicks. Farseer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McNamara looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The strikes coming from Farseer are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Farseer trying to control the position but McNamara is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McNamara trying to remain calm as Farseer controls from the top position. Farseer lands an elbow. McNamara is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Farseer asserts his dominance and retains side control. Farseer throws a strike aimed at the side of McNamara's head but McNamara avoids it well. McNamara takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
McNamara takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
McNamara might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Farseer is trying to ground and pound but McNamara uses the momentary lack of control by Farseer to regain half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Farseer connects with a nice short shot to McNamara's temple. McNamara on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. McNamara tries to get to full guard but Farseer has control of the leg. Farseer seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead McNamara has recovered full guard. McNamara utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stromile Farseer dominated that round. That's time! McNamara's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
McNamara shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Farseer but Farseer pushes him off and we're back to square one. McNamara misses with a two punch combination.
McNamara on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Farseer. Farseer obviously looking to wear him down.
Farseer lands with a nice combination. McNamara backs away looking to recover. Farseer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Farseer wants it to stay on the feet. Farseer bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. McNamara shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Farseer as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sean McNamara. That's going to take a lot out of him. Farseer cracks McNamara with an uppercut from hell and McNamara crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Farseer's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
It looks like Sean McNamara has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Farseer throwing strikes from guard but McNamara blocks nicely. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Farseer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Farseer lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Farseer has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's one minute gone in the round. Farseer postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Farseer stands and throws McNamara's legs to the side, diving into side control. Farseer working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Farseer wants to control but McNamara is keeping him busy. Farseer working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Farseer cracks McNamara with a big elbow. Farseer misses with an attempted head punch from side control. McNamara parries the strikes from Farseer easily there. Farseer is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable McNamara to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McNamara wants to control but Farseer postures up. Farseer lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear McNamara down.

McNamara is looking to reverse the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Farseer working the head and body with strikes. Farseer wants to lay and pray for a moment but McNamara keeps working. Farseer misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Farseer trying to control the position but McNamara is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Farseer tries to score with some ground and pound. McNamara controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Farseer is working McNamara over with some ground and pound from side control. McNamara pushes Farseer away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Farseer gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Farseer is looking to take a break and control but McNamara is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Farseer creates some space and throws a big elbow, but McNamara sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Farseer creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. McNamara looking for a sweep but Farseer has passed into full mount! Oh no!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Farseer has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of McNamara's face.
Farseer breaks from McNamara's wrist control and lands an elbow. Farseer postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks McNamara out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Farseer goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Stromile Farseer! A relieved looking Stromile Farseer thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
