The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaMotta misses with an uppercut. Tze Long saw that one coming.
LaMotta has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

LaMotta throws an overhand right that lands on Tze Long's shoulder, as Tze Long tries to avoid the shot.
Tze Long shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Tze Long tries to close the distance and clinch up but LaMotta swats him away and circles back towards the center.

LaMotta lands a big uppercut and Tze Long crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Tze Long looks OK. LaMotta waves Tze Long back to his feet!

and LaMotta counters with a huge right that knocks Tze Long out cold! LaMotta is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!

Jake LaMotta decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
