The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thrash tries to clinch but Brito is having none of it.
Brito throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brito misses with a wild combination.
Brito looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The fight stays on the outside here - Thrash looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Brito throws a right and a left that both miss.
Brito moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Jimmy Thrash has been cut.
Brito scores with a crisp jab that stopped Thrash in his tracks.
Brito jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Brito backing away here, and Thrash unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Thrash shoots in for a double leg but Brito sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Brito lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Brito lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Thrash goes down and covers up as Brito starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

In his post fight interview, Murilo Brito started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
