Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Son Figueroa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Tyson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Son Figueroa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex Tyson!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Figueroa tries to keep at a distance but Tyson has taken the fight into the clinch.
Figueroa has Tyson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Tyson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Figueroa drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Figueroa tries to land knees in the clinch but Tyson avoids the damage to the body.
Tyson throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Tyson.
Figueroa tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tyson smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Son Figueroa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Figueroa is breathing heavily.
Tyson moves into the clinch successfully.
A short body shot lands from Tyson as the two fighters clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Figueroa's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Tyson pushes Figueroa back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Tyson tries a body shot but Figueroa blocks it.
Tyson lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Tyson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tyson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Figueroa backwards.
Figueroa could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A short uppercut from Tyson.
Figueroa is rocked!
Tyson presses Figueroa against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Oh Figueroa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tyson lands with a left to the head.
Tyson creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Figueroa's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Figueroa drops to his knees and Tyson pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alex Tyson!
