The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown avoids the head kick by Clasie.
Clasie throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Brown lands a head kick. Clasie smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Marcel Clasie has been cut.
Brown slips a straight right by Clasie.
Brown throws a wild body kick that Clasie sees coming a mile off.
Clasie looks to score with a jab to the body but Brown is just out of range.
Clasie looks for the body kick but Brown saw that one coming.
Brown cracks the inside of Clasie's front leg.
Clasie avoids the head kick by Brown.
Brown throws a head kick that misses.
Clasie smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Brown misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Clasie connects with the punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Clasie punishes Brown's body with a nice straight punch.

Despite the aggression on Clasie's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Clasie has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Brown has Clasie pressed against the cage, preventing Clasie from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Clasie is looking to break free of the clinch but Brown has double underhooks.
Clasie takes an elbow to the forehead.

Clasie escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brown checks a low kick from Clasie.
Brown wants to clinch up but Clasie keeps it at a distance.

Brown moves in looking to clinch but Clasie pushes him off.
Clasie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Brown throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Clasie.
A slow jab from Clasie misses its intended target.
Brown tries to clinch but Clasie is having none of it.

Clasie throws a sloppy head kick and Brown moves out of range easily.
Brown stuns Clasie with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Brown connects with a nice looking jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Brown circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Clasie drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Brown follows Clasie to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
