Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Brutal Demise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Az Tenochtitlan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Demise comes to the ring accompanied by Hatebreed - Defeatist. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brutal Demise!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Az Tenochtitlan!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demise lands a head shot.
Demise tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Tenochtitlan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tenochtitlan moves out of range as Demise throws a body kick.
Tenochtitlan lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Tenochtitlan connects with a nice looking jab.
We've been informed that Tenochtitlan has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Nice uppercut lands for Tenochtitlan. That snapped Demise's head back.
Brutal Demise seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tenochtitlan misses with the body kick
and Demise counters with a slapping leg kick.
Demise misses with an uppercut
and Demise takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Tenochtitlan cracks Demise with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Demise tries to work over Tenochtitlan's front leg with a kick but Tenochtitlan checks it.
Tenochtitlan swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Demise tries to clinch there but Tenochtitlan circles away.
Tenochtitlan slips a jab and a cross from Demise.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Demise throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Demise throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Demise rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tenochtitlan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tenochtitlan thuds his right hand into Demise's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Demise rushes Tenochtitlan and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Tenochtitlan blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Demise scores with a shot to the side of Tenochtitlan's head.

Tenochtitlan breaks the clinch.
Tenochtitlan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tenochtitlan comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Demise uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tenochtitlan.
Demise throws a head kick but Tenochtitlan moves out of range.
Demise looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A head kick misses from Demise.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tenochtitlan checks a leg kick.
Demise tests Tenochtitlan's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Tenochtitlan lands a really nice looking cross but Demise seems unphased.
Tenochtitlan connects with a jab.
Tenochtitlan just misses with a punch to the body.
Tenochtitlan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Tenochtitlan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Demise fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
A jab from Demise misses.
Demise takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tenochtitlan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Tenochtitlan takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Both fighters circling a little - Demise finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Demise on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Demise fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Tenochtitlan on the side of the head.
Good standup being displayed there by Tenochtitlan as he connects with a hook.


Demise is rocked!
Tenochtitlan is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Demise had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Tenochtitlan connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Demise's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Demise - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Az Tenochtitlan!
