Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, David Schapiro and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Firefly waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Jax.
Firefly throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jax sees it coming and avoids it easily.
No joy there for Firefly, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jax tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Firefly throws a looping overhand right but Jax ducks down to avoid it.

Jax shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Firefly but Firefly pushes him off and we're back to square one.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Jax changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Firefly tries to avoid it but Jax manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Firefly to the ground. Firefly escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Firefly lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jax uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Firefly throws a hook but Jax avoids it easily.
Jax slips a jab from Firefly.
Jax tries to clinch up but Firefly circles away and keeps his distance.
Jax shoots in and drives through. Firefly sprawls well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Firefly is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jax.

Firefly has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Jax clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Firefly is not going to allow Jax to sit and survive in this position.

Firefly tries to stand but can't do so whilst Jax controls his leg.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Firefly is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Jax manages to get to full guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jax is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Jax looking to hit a scissor sweep but Firefly is one step ahead there.
Jax keeping moving, preventing Firefly from controlling successfully.
Jax working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Firefly doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Firefly manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Baby Firefly showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Firefly goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Firefly might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
