The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carliano misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Durham.

It looks like Gavin Durham has been cut.

Carliano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Durham. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Durham creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Carliano sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Carliano is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Durham is controlling him well.

Carliano felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Durham is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Carliano doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Durham.

Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Durham and the ref steps in to end the fight! Durham can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
