Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brendon Payne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Torrens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jamie Torrens told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torrens misses with the combination.
Jab, jab by Torrens - just one landing.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Payne.
Payne misses with a takedown attempt - Torrens sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Torrens ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Torrens as Payne shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brendon Payne. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Payne shoots in but Torrens avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Payne fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Torrens cracks Payne with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Payne looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Torrens finish him?
Payne is rocked!
It looks like Brendon Payne has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Payne switches off momentarily and Torrens cracks him with a monster right hand! Payne topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Torrens dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Torrens!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jamie Torrens!
