The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clausen misses with a straight left.
Jalkalukko throws a fast counter high kick but Clausen manages to duck under it in time.
A slow jab from Clausen misses its intended target.
A head kick misses from Jalkalukko.
Jalkalukko connects with a solid leg kick.
Jalkalukko lands a nice shot to the body.

and Jalkalukko counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Jalkalukko is trying to control. Clausen wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Clausen is looking to get back to is feet but Jalkalukko passes into side control.

Jalkalukko is working to tighten his grip on Clausen's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Clausen has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jalkalukko is really squeezing tight and eventually Clausen passes out! Jalkalukko breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
