Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dark Humors (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lleyton Max (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Humors comes to the cage accompanied by Hurt - Johnny Cash. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dark Humors! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lleyton Max! The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Humors tries to score a power double leg takedown but Max sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Humors somewhat. Humors tries for a takedown but Max sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Humors is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Nice straight punches there by Max. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Max. Max drops Humors with a beautiful combination! Humors stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Max is looking for the KO!
It looks like Dark Humors has been cut. Max scores with a jab to the jaw. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Max clinches. Humors lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Lleyton Max has been cut. Max prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dark Humors. That's going to take a lot out of him. Humors is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Max is defending well for now. Humors has Max pressed against the cage, preventing Max from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Humors is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Humors lands a body shot in the clinch.

Humors throws a big right hand that misses. Humors trying to control the position from guard on top but Max is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Max will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Humors postures up in Max's guard and throws a big left but Max blocks it. Max is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Humors throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Max works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Humors prevents Max from getting back to his feet. Max utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Max has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Humors throwing strikes from guard but Max blocks nicely. Humors working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Max throws a combination. Humors tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Max circles away from the clinch attempt.

and Humors decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Max's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Humors is looking to advance position but Max has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Humors is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Humors sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Humors is looking to escape. Humors is looking to control Max's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Humors avoid being mounted? Humors tries to get to full guard but Max has control of the leg. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Humors has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Max is working away from the top position though. Max wants to control but Humors is keeping him busy. Humors is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Humors keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Humors is trying to control but can't.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Max stands up and beckons Humors to join him on the feet. Max scores with a jab to the body. Good exchange - Max coming out on top. Max throws a series of punches but Humors avoids them all with ease. Humors on the wrong end of a nice hook. Humors misses with a takedown attempt and Max counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Max scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Humors doesn't seem bothered though. Horrible takedown attempt by Humors or perhaps it was just good defense by Max, which made it look bad. Humors is breathing heavily. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Humors. Humors with a poor takedown and Max counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lleyton Max dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Humors closes the distance and clinches up with Max, looking for a takedown. Humors pushes Max against the cage but Max circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Humors shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Max pinned against the cage. Max gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. The fight moves into the clinch position. Max has had enough of the clinch but Humors keeps him there for the moment. Humors throws an elbow that misses.

Humors shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dark Humors. That's going to take a lot out of him. Max connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Dark Humors's cut is getting worse. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Humors tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Max paws at him with a jab and circles away. Max throws out a counter right but Humors avoids it with no problem. Humors tries to clinch up. Humors fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Max looks like he wants to counter punch here. Humors takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Max throws out a powerful jab. Max throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Humors sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Max plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Humors swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Humors face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
