Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vadim Kalashnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hoy Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kalashnikov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Leningrad Cowboys - Those Were The Days . The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Kalashnikov looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kalashnikov throws an overhand right that lands on Nelson's shoulder, as Nelson tries to avoid the shot.
The fighters circling - Kalashnikov throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kalashnikov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A lazy body kick from Kalashnikov
and Nelson counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Nelson blocks a leg kick.
Kalashnikov throws a low kick but Nelson moves out of range easily.
A countering left hand to the body from Nelson misses.
Kalashnikov throws an overhand right that lands on Nelson's shoulder, as Nelson tries to avoid the shot.
Kalashnikov swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Nelson.
Kalashnikov looks to throw the jab but Nelson is out of range.
Vadim Kalashnikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nelson lands a jab to Kalashnikov's midsection.
Kalashnikov keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A punch lands to the side of Nelson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Kalashnikov lands a big head kick that sends Nelson tumbling to the mat! Kalashnikov takes a step backwards and waves Nelson back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Nelson is rocked!
It looks like Hoy Nelson has been cut.
Nelson drops his hands momentarily. Kalashnikov doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Nelson staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Nelson doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vadim Kalashnikov!
Vadim Kalashnikov decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
