Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magnus forces Barron back against the cage and clinches.
Magnus lands an elbow inside that Barron shrugs off.
It looks like Cody Barron has been cut.
Magnus has picked Barron up - he's going for a ride! Magnus dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Magnus is stalling here. Barron is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Magnus seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Barron has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Magnus is desperately trying to improve his position but Barron has a good base and remains in mount.
Barron postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Magnus looks a forlorn figure.
Magnus tries to lock up and control but Barron gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Barron lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Barron blocks Magnus's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.

Barron is nestled in close to Magnus, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Barron lands a nice short elbow.

As Magnus tries to get set, Barron tries to push him back and clinch up but Magnus manages to avoid the attempt.

Barron is looking to stand up but Magnus isn't so interested in that idea.

Barron lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Magnus is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Barron is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Barron is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Magnus can do to turn this around?
Barron seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
