Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sufocacao misses with a takedown attempt
and Bill counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Bill is looking to advance position but Sufocacao won't allow it.
Bill seems to be working for a kimura but Sufocacao defends the submission attempt.
Bill trying to control the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sufocacao has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bill is working away from the top position though.
Bill not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Bill is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sufocacao sees it coming and defends easily.
Bill is looking to pass Sufocacao's guard but actually Sufocacao recovers to full guard.
Bill is looking to work some ground and pound but Sufocacao has wrist control.
Bill postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sufocacao is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bill, into his guard.
Bill has his foot on Sufocacao's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sufocacao works his way back into a safe position though.

Sufocacao has gone for a leg lock! Bill slips out almost immediately though and dives into Sufocacao's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Sufocacao holds on and takes a little breather.

Bill has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sufocacao is proving hard to escape from.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Sufocacao is controlling Bill's trapped leg to prevent Bill from advancing to side control.

Sufocacao tries to keep at a distance but Bill has taken the fight into the clinch.
Bill is trying to trip Sufocacao. He has hold of a leg but Sufocacao is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Bill persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Sufocacao throws his legs up looking for a submission but Bill uses it to pass to side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Bill is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Bill wants to pass to mount but Sufocacao is defending the position.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bill in particular looking to stall.

Sufocacao controlling the position for now.
It looks like Bill is going to stand back up.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Bill moves in looking to clinch but Sufocacao pushes him off.
Dollar Bill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sufocacao shoots in looking for a takedown. Bill tries to sprawl out of it but Sufocacao keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bill manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bill throws a strike but Sufocacao rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Sufocacao throws an elbow that misses. Bill uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sufocacao's guard. Nice move by Bill!
Bill is pushing down on Sufocacao's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sufocacao is fighting to maintain full guard but Bill has managed to sneak the leg through.
Bill wants to control but Sufocacao is keeping him busy.

Dollar Bill showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Sufocacao throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bill counters by moving into the clinch.
Bill has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Sufocacao clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Dollar Bill has got the better of the ground game so far.
Sufocacao tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Bill can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Sufocacao is looking to escape.

I would just about give that final round to Dollar Bill.
Well Bill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Dollar Bill rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
