Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olaf Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Constrictor Boa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost comes to the cage accompanied by O-Zone - Dragostea Din Tei. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Olaf Frost! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Constrictor Boa! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boa fails with a takedown attempt. An attempted straight right counter from Frost misses the target. Frost blocks the body kick.
Frost takes a swing at Boa's ribcage but misses. A combination from Boa does no damage. Frost is looking to counter punch. Boa swings widly with a right hand
and Frost counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice uppercut lands for Frost. That snapped Boa's head back.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Crunch! Frost slams his shin into Boa's torso. Boa tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Frost was well out of range. Poor timing from Boa.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost moves away from the strike by Boa. Frost throws a sloppy head kick and Boa counters with a single leg into guard. Frost didn't expect that. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Frost is trying to keep Boa in close.
Frost working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Boa. Boa won't allow Frost to get back to his feet. Boa content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Boa in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Boa throws a big elbow that misses. Boa is looking to advance position but Frost has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Boa is looking to improve his position but Frost isn't that keen on the idea.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boa is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Boa is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frost looking to control and managing it successfully. Boa is working to get back to half guard.
Frost wants to control the pace but Boa is squirming around nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Boa is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Boa tries to reverse the position but Frost maintains control. Boa has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Boa slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Boa looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Boa moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Boa trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Frost has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boa will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Boa throws his legs up looking for a submission but Frost uses it to pass to side control.
Boa throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Boa is looking for a sweep. Boa gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Boa tries to roll over but Frost keeps him under control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Boa missing with punches from the bottom.
Boa tries to get to full guard but Frost has control of the leg. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Olaf Frost will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Frost scores with a nice strike. Frost slips under a jab. Frost lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Boa at a distance.
Boa avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Boa just misses with a punch to the body.
Frost swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boa throws a poor cross that misses
and Frost connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Frost clinches up with Boa and pushes him back against the cage. Frost controlling the action here for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Frost lands an elbow inside that Boa shrugs off. Frost tries to stall but Boa uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Frost blocks an elbow strike. Frost misses with a knee strike.
Frost tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Boa controlling the action here for a moment.
Frost using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Boa has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Frost lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Boa has Frost pushed against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Frost. Frost breaks from the clinch.
Boa fails with the takedown. Boa's jab looks to have found its range, popping Frost under the eye. Boa takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Frost throws a right hand that Boa ducks under and follows up with a left that Boa also avoids with ease. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. That kick from Boa tenderised Frost's leg. Frost is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost scores with a jab to the body. Frost bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Boa's head backwards. Frost misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Frost lands a lovely overhand right. A looping hook to the body misses from Boa. Frost does a little dance to reset his feet. Frost swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Frost throws a head kick but Boa moves out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost connects with a good right hand that stumbles Boa. Boa circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Boa staying out of range there. Boa with the counter takedown but Frost avoids it easily. Boa throws a body punch but Frost moves out of range. Frost takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. This has been an exciting period of action! Boa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Frost as he jumps to the side. Frost uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Boa. Frost digs a good body shot into Boa's ribs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Olaf Frost dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Frost defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Boa. Frost was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Frost throws a big shot that misses. Frost is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Boa on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Frost. Frost obviously looking to wear him down.
Frost scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Frost connects with a leg kick. Boa looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Frost takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boa throws a leg kick and Frost counters with a nice uppercut. Boa looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Frost! Frost wants to control but Boa postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boa scores with punches from side control. Boa cracks Frost with an elbow. That is naaassty. Frost can't do much from the bottom here. Frost prevents Boa from improving position. Frost regains half guard, as Boa was trying to land strikes. Boa is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Frost trying to control but Boa postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frost wants to improve his position but Boa is controlling well.
Frost taking some punishment here, with Boa in his half guard. Boa missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Boa is working for an americana but Frost has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Boa was thinking about the submission. Boa throws a big elbow that misses. Boa loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Boa stands and throws Frost's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boa swings around for an armbar but Frost sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Boa's guard. Frost trying to control but Boa is working from the bottom. Boa is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Frost defends well. Boa looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Frost is defending well. Boa quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Frost has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Boa celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Constrictor Boa! Constrictor Boa is the new light heavyweight champion! After winning the bout, Constrictor Boa thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
