The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Silva throws a right and a left that Jensen avoids nicely.

A little feinted left hand from Jensen on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Silva ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jensen moves away.

Jensen looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silva has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jensen.

Silva throws a hook to the side of Jensen's head but Jensen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
As Silva looks to move away, Jensen throws a big counter combo bu Silva just gets out of the way.
Silva takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Jensen counters with a head kick that drops Silva to the mat! Silva scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

The fight stays on the outside here - Jensen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Silva lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jensen backs up against the cage.
Silva seems to have recovered his senses.
Silva fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jensen manages to avoid it.
Jensen changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Jensen thuds a left hand into Silva's body.
Jensen lands a big head kick that sends Silva tumbling to the mat! Jensen takes a step backwards and waves Silva back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Jensen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Silva.
Silva connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Silva swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jensen counters with a straight right hand.
Silva swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Jensen counters with a double leg. Silva bangs his head on the mat and seems to be on queer street here... Jensen follows up with punches and the ref steps in to end the fight! It was the slam that caused all the problems.

A very excited looking Gunnar Jensen made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
