Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yancy Malaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Young One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Young One struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
One avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
One throws a poor cross that misses
and Malaki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
One rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Malaki to counter with a crisp jab.
One misses with a double jab
and Malaki counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Malaki moves out of range of the strikes.
Malaki dodges the punch combination from One.
A nice leg kick lands there from One.
One connects with a right hand. Malaki shakes it off.
Malaki throws a shot from downtown. One moves away and avoids it.
Malaki wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

One lands with a shot to the body.
Malaki uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by One.
One looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Malaki feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Malaki takes a swing at One's ribcage but misses.
Malaki checks a leg kick.
Malaki misses with a hook to the body
and One makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Malaki really felt that one!
Malaki scores with a shot to the body.
One thows a left - swing and a miss!
One shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
It looks like Young One has been cut.
Malaki throws a right and a left that One avoids nicely.
Malaki comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Malaki has been working on his boxing with his coaches at SWF GYM - JUDO 'n' MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Malaki has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from One.

One just misses with a punch to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
One misses with a straight right.
A telegraphed right hand from Malaki misses the target.
One keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Malaki misses with a wild combination.
Malaki stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Malaki misses with a kick to the body.
Malaki slips a jab and a cross from One.
Malaki has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A jab from One misses.

One throws a leg kick that is checked
and Malaki counters with a lovely straight right hand!
One misses with an attempted mid kick.
Nice uppercut there from Malaki.
Malaki looks to score with a jab to the body but One is just out of range.
Malaki lands a big right hand that sends One crashing to the mat! Malaki stays standing though and waves One back to his feet!
One is rocked!
One takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
One is still on wobbly legs! Can Malaki finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Malaki drops One with a huge uppercut! One drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Malaki is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
