Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stan Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raine Del Silvan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stan Davis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raine Del Silvan! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis has closed the distance and engaged Del Silvan in a clinch.
Del Silvan misses with an elbow strike.
Del Silvan is pressed up against the cage. Davis has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Del Silvan down to the mat. Del Silvan avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Del Silvan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Davis moves away. Davis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Del Silvan circles away. Davis shoots in and drives through. Del Silvan sprawls well. Del Silvan let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stan Davis. That's going to take a lot out of him. Davis tries for a takedown but Del Silvan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Del Silvan now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Davis has managed to clinch.
Del Silvan blocks a body shot from Davis. Davis prevents a body shot from Del Silvan. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Davis wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Davis is trying to pull guard but Del Silvan has him pressed against the cage. Del Silvan gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Del Silvan scoring with strikes to the body and head. Del Silvan trying to control the action but Davis is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Del Silvan is thwarting Davis's attempts to control the position. Davis is not content to let Del Silvan control the position. Del Silvan working over Davis with some ground and pound. Davis looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Del Silvan looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Del Silvan wants to advance to full mount but Davis doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Davis wants to control but Del Silvan passes easily into half guard.
Del Silvan working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Davis's thigh. Davis counters though and makes it back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Del Silvan is working Davis over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Davis is rocked! Davis has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Del Silvan is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Davis. Check out the look on Del Silvan's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Oh Davis is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Del Silvan scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Davis is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Del Silvan can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
