Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Clancey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Panther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tom Clancey is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 19 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tom Clancey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Panther! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Bruno Lombardi and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oooooh!!! Clancey has knocked Panther down with a huge combo! Clancey steps away and waves a wobbly Panther back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like James Panther has been cut. Panther misses with a takedown attempt - Clancey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Clancey tries to keep at a distance but Panther has taken the fight into the clinch. Clancey working hard to break the clinch. Panther is looking to take this one to the mat. Clancey is defending well against a takedown attempt. Tom Clancey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Panther. Panther tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Clancey just stands there and leans against the cage. Panther is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Clancey pulls him back up using the underhooks. Panther prevents Clancey from breaking the clinch. Panther has clasped his hands together around Clancey's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Panther looks up at the clock and then as Clancey takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Panther smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Clancey is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
That's one minute gone in the round. Panther working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Panther trying to control the position but Clancey is working away. Panther looking to control but instead Clancey has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Panther wants to stand but Clancey has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Panther sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Clancey defending well though. Clancey tries to kick Panther off but Panther keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Panther moves into full mount! Clancey won't be happy about that! Clancey slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Panther prevents Clancey from improving his position. Clancey is not content to let Panther control the position. Panther tries to stand but can't do so whilst Clancey controls his leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Panther lands a nice short elbow. Panther wants to free his trapped foot but Clancey is holding on for dear life with his legs. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Clancey wants to get back to his feet.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Panther fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Clancey, pushing him back against the cage. Panther wants a takedown but no success here.
Panther gets control of Clancey's arms and successfully pulls guard. Panther will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Clancey trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Clancey wants to stand and escape but instead Panther has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Clancey wants to stand but Panther is controlling the position. Panther advances to half guard. Panther with the ground and pound but Clancey uses the opportunity to regain guard. Panther throwing strikes but missing. Panther is looking to stand up but Clancey won't let him. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Panther is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Panther drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Panther as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Clancey screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Panther! Nice submission victory there!
