Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shin Dong Hyuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John The Iron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Iron has chosen Slippin as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. John The Iron will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Iron clinches.
Dong Hyuk tries a body shot but The Iron blocks it.

Dong Hyuk jumps guard and drags The Iron to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The Iron not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The Iron is looking to advance position but Dong Hyuk has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Dong Hyuk can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as The Iron is looking to escape.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The Iron is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Dong Hyuk tries to bum rush The Iron with a series of wild strikes but The Iron uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Dong Hyuk is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that The Iron can do to turn this around?
The Iron misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dong Hyuk throws an uppercut from half a mile away. The Iron sees it coming and avoids it easily.
The Iron shoots for a double leg takedown but Dong Hyuk sprawls well. He's pushed The Iron's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Shin Dong Hyuk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John The Iron.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dong Hyuk loads up on a big right hand but The Iron slips the punch.

and The Iron takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Dong Hyuk throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
The Iron looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
The Iron changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dong Hyuk tries to avoid it but The Iron manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dong Hyuk to the ground. Dong Hyuk escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The Iron swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Dong Hyuk's corner calls for a 1-2. Dong Hyuk obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The Iron misses with a takedown attempt - Dong Hyuk sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
The Iron has a takedown stuffed.
The Iron has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dong Hyuk finds it's way round the side to connect with The Iron's head.

Dong Hyuk comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Dong Hyuk throws a big counter combination but The Iron scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
The Iron has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from The Iron there as he acknowledges the shot.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dong Hyuk is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But The Iron has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from The Iron!

Dong Hyuk is looking for a sweep. The Iron is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The Iron working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Dong Hyuk has hold of The Iron's hands but The Iron slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Shin Dong Hyuk.
I think Dong Hyuk has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Shin Dong Hyuk spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
