Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wid Ing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Small (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Wid Ing! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dan Small! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Small blocks a head kick by Ing.
Small jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ing pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Small feints the counter takedown. Wid Ing seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab from Ing does it's job there. Ing tries to move into range but Small moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Small connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ing. Ing circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Small takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ing waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Small. Small looks to score with a jab to the body but Ing is just out of range. It looked like Ing was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Small. Small throws a hook to the side of Ing's head but Ing sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Small shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ing defends it nicely. Ing lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
That's one minute gone in the round. Small throws a lazy uppercut
and Ing counters with a lovely shot to the body. Small throws a hook but Ing avoids it easily. Small walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Ing goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Small swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Small misses with a hook. Ing ducked under it nicely. Small ducks under a wild hook from Ing. Small slips under a jab. Ing misses with a body shot.
It seemed like Small was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Ing throws a head kick but Small moves out of range.
Small misses the shot to the body. Ing misses with an attempted mid kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Ing. Small does a little dance to reset his feet. Small waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ing. Small takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Ing misses the shot to the body. Small shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ing pinned against the cage. Ing gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Ing scores with a spinning back kick! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ing swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Small swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. A jab lands there for Small.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ing throws a body kick that misses. Small might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Ing swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Small drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Ing defends it well. Ing lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. A telegraphed right hand from Small misses the target. Small has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. Ing lands a slapping body shot.
Ing misses the shot to the body. Small shoots in and drives through. Ing sprawls well. As Small looks to move away, Ing throws a big counter combo bu Small just gets out of the way. Wid Ing has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Small. Both fighters circling a little - Ing finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Ing bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Some wild striking there from Small.

Ing misses with a head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A big right from Ing misses. Small tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Small throws a shot from downtown. Ing moves away and avoids it. Small swinging wildly here.
Small throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ing tests Small's chin there with a solid looking shot. Small darts in looking for a takedown but Ing gets double underhooks and turns Small into the cage. Ing misses with a head kick.
Ing misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Small.
Ing just misses with a punch to the body.
Small looks like he wants to counter punch here. Ing blocks a jab. Ing throws the left hand but Small avoids the punch easily. Ing lands the left hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wid Ing dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Ing lands a nice shot to the body.
Small takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Wid Ing is winning the standup battle so far. Decent striking displayed by Ing there. A head kick misses from Ing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Small lands a slapping body shot.
Small closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Small lands in his opponent's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Small slips nicely into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Still in half guard, Small seems content to control. Ing on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ing tries to get out of the position. Let's hope that Small has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Small is trying for a kimura here. Ing looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Small wins by kimura!
