Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jan Eckstroem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Misha Stupko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jan Eckstroem!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Misha Stupko!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Winston Alpacca and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stupko changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eckstroem tries to avoid it but Stupko manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eckstroem to the ground. Eckstroem escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Eckstroem swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stupko fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Eckstroem avoids it really well and circles away.
Eckstroem closes the distance and pushes Stupko back into the cage.
Eckstroem turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
You can see the frustration on Stupko's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Stupko manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Eckstroem throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
We've been hearing that Eckstroem has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Stupko is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Eckstroem is tapping! Great win for Stupko!
