Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Masahiro Kimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jam Slinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Masahiro Kimura!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jam Slinger!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slinger displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kimura.
Slinger fails with a takedown attempt.
Kimura thinks about countering with a body kick.
Kimura shoots in and drives through. Slinger sprawls well.
Kimura closes the distance and clinches up with Slinger, looking for a takedown. Kimura pushes Slinger against the cage but Slinger circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Masahiro Kimura. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kimura shoots in for a takedown but Slinger shows good takedown defense.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kimura misses with a takedown
and Slinger counters with a three punch combo that has Kimura backing up. Kimura nods at Slinger to acknowledge the strikes.

Kimura shoots in for a takedown but Slinger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Slinger shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Slinger was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Kimura manages to get back to half guard.
Slinger looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kimura with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Slinger looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Slinger missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Kimura gets full guard.
Slinger is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kimura has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Slinger is looking to defend but Kimura has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Slinger! Kimura pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Slinger taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Masahiro Kimura!
