Best closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Best working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Best escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Adams gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Best trying to keep a closed guard but Adams is proving a slippery customer.
Adams is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Best has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Adams is looking to defend but Best has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Adams! Best pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Adams taps out and this one is all over!
