Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Canela Elbow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmie Craig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Canela Elbow has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Canela Elbow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jimmie Craig! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Michael Johnstone and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elbow dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Craig. That did some damage! Craig misses with a double jab
and Elbow counters with an outside leg kick.
Craig throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Elbow. Elbow throws a counter high kick but Craig was just alert enough to avoid it. Craig throws the kick towards the body but Elbow avoids it. Craig with a jab. Elbow tries to clinch up. Craig takes a swing at Elbow's ribcage but misses. Craig connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Craig scores with a jab. Elbow checks a leg kick. Elbow uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Craig. Elbow definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Jimmie Craig seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A big left from Craig misses. Craig throws a sloppy head kick and Elbow moves out of range easily. A looping hook to the body misses from Craig. Elbow does a little dance to reset his feet. Craig scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Craig rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Elbow moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Elbow throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
That's one minute gone in the round. Craig throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Elbow counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Craig tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Elbow is able to avoid easily. Elbow gets in close and instigates a clinch. Elbow misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Craig.

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Elbow obliges. Elbow lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Jimmie Craig has been cut. Elbow lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Elbow pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. A nice glancing elbow lands by Elbow. Elbow tries to land knees in the clinch but Craig avoids the damage to the body. Craig lands a hook to the side of the head. Craig working aggressively here.
Craig scores with a shoulder strike. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Elbow tries to land knees in the clinch but Craig avoids the damage to the body. Craig lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. A head punch blocked on the inside by Elbow. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Craig working some nice short punches in the clinch. Elbow lands a damaging elbow. Elbow blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Elbow blocks a body shot from Craig. Craig taking a breather. Craig misses with a short punch on the inside. Craig struggles to land a body shot inside as Elbow controls his hands.
Craig lands with a left to the head. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Craig swings wildly with an uppercut but Elbow uses good head movement to avoid it. Craig misses with a hook from the clinch. Craig avoids the elbow strike from Elbow, against the cage.
Craig avoids a wild elbow strike from Elbow. Craig goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Craig throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Elbows head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Elbow landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Craig lands a right hand that snaps the head of Elbow backwards. Craig has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Elbow lands an elbow inside. Stalling in the clinch from Elbow.
Craig pushes Elbow back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Elbow is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Craig is defending well for now. Elbow misses with an elbow over the top. Craig lands with a short head shot on the inside. Craig digs a right hand into Elbow's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Elbow's gas tank. Craig works on Elbow's body with a couple of short punches. Elbow is breathing heavily. Craig blocks the elbow strike.
Elbow lands an elbow that stopped Craig in his tracks for a moment. Craig is pushing Elbow up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Craig scores with a nice hook to the head. A shot in the inside from Craig. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Elbow looks to throw an elbow but misses. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Craig creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. With the fighters up against the cage, Elbow throws an elbow but misses. Craig lands a right hand. Elbow throws an elbow that misses.
Craig is working Elbow over against the cage. Craig wants to get back to striking at distance but Elbow won't allow it.
Craig working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Craig makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Elbow is rocked! Craig holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Oh Elbow is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Craig digs a right hand into Elbow's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Elbow's gas tank. Elbow seems to have got his legs back now. A left hand lands to the body for Craig.
Craig digs a right hand underneath Elbow's ribcage. Elbow let out a lung full of air as it connected. Craig taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Craig. Craig lands a left hand that snaps the head of Elbow backwards. Elbow's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Elbow tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Craig avoids it. A body shot lands from Craig.
Craig lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Craig lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Elbow backwards. Craig misses with a body punch.
Craig lands with a left to the head. Craig lands with a short shot to the head. Craig misses with a punch to the body.
Craig has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Elbow seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Craig can turn it around. Craig misses with a hook to the ribs.
Craig lands with a short shot to the head. Craig creates a bit of distance and cracks Elbow with a big uppercut! Elbow goes down! The referee pushes Craig away into a neutral corner and starts the count. 4,5,6,7. Will Elbow make it up in time? He's still flopping around all over the place! The referee has called off the fight! Craig takes it!
