The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dudkins Jr fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bishop to the ground. Dudkins Jr is now in Bishop's guard.
Dudkins Jr postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dudkins Jr is looking to work some ground and pound but Bishop has wrist control.

Dudkins Jr gets to his feet and stands over Bishop, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Bishop felt that one! Dudkins Jr unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Bishop from any more punishment!
