Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jere Beach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Powerful Destructable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jere Beach has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jere Beach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Powerful Destructable!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destructable fails with the takedown
and Beach counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Beach really is a fat lump.

Destructable gets a clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Beach has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Destructable after a bit of a struggle.
Destructable misses with some punches.
Beach working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Destructable wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Beach has him pressed against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Destructable trying to stall but Beach improves his position.
Destructable has had enough of the clinch but Beach keeps him there for the moment.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Beach is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Destructable gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Beach escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Destructable misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Beach counters with a left and a right that stings Destructable.
Destructable throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Beach's waist but Beach gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Destructable off to one side.
Destructable misses with a shot to the body
and Beach counters with a big head kick but Destructable shrugs it off.
Destructable with a lazy takedown attempt
and Beach counters with a three punch combo that has Destructable backing up. Destructable nods at Beach to acknowledge the strikes.
Jere Beach has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Powerful Destructable.
The fight stays on the outside here - Beach looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Destructable now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Beach showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Destructable.

Destructable decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Destructable moves nicely into side control.

Destructable decides to stand back up.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Destructable is defended easily by Beach.
Destructable shoots in and drives through. Beach sprawls well.

Destructable decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Destructable with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Beach tries to get to full guard but Destructable has control of the leg.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Destructable looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Beach with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.


It looks like Jere Beach has been cut.
Destructable controlling the pace.
Destructable wants to stand up but Beach has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Destructable looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
It looks like Destructable might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Destructable has his takedown stuffed
and Beach counters with a three punch combo that has Destructable backing up. Destructable nods at Beach to acknowledge the strikes.
Beach scores with a head kick.
Beach lands with a kick to the temple. Destructable shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Beach keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Beach seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Destructable throws a half hearted mid kick.
Destructable misses with a takedown
and Beach counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Destructable is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Destructable shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Beach but Beach pushes him off and we're back to square one.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Jere Beach's cut.
That's time! Beach's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Destructable fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beach manages to avoid it.

Destructable has taken the fight to the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Beach is working for takedown but Destructable is calmly controlling the position for now.

Beach decides to pull guard.
Destructable controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Destructable pushes down on Beach's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Destructable is taking a breather. Beach says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Destructable drops an elbow to the side of Beach's head.
Beach is trying to get back to full guard.
Destructable not doing much here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Destructable controlling the action here.

Destructable is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Beach is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Powerful Destructable!
