Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mongolian Wrestler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Unicorn Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Unicorn Chan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Unicorn Chan! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chan moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Wrestler goes down! Can Chan finish him!?

It looks like Mongolian Wrestler has been cut. Chan thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Oh Wrestler is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Wrestler wants to get back to his feet but Chan is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Wrestler seems to have got his legs back now. Wrestler might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Chan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wrestler swivels though and keeps the full guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Chan is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Wrestler wants to get back to his feet but Chan is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Wrestler wants to stand but Chan is controlling the position. Chan looking to pass the guard. The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Chan pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Wrestler was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Chan looks to land a right hand but Wrestler moved out of range. Wrestler displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Chan throws out the jab. As Chan looks to move away, Wrestler throws a big counter combo bu Chan just gets out of the way. Chan throws a looping overhand right but Wrestler ducks down to avoid it. and Wrestler connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Chan cracks Wrestler with a big right hand and Wrestler goes down! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wrestler wants to get back to his feet but Chan is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chan passes easily into side control. Nice work. Wrestler is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Chan trying to control the action but Wrestler is working from the bottom. Wrestler wants to get back to his feet but Chan drags him back down. Chan is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Wrestler has escaped the position, nice work there. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Wrestler is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Chan is controlling him well. Chan tries to advance to mount but Wrestler denies him. Wrestler gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Chan is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Wrestler can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Chan looking for a guillotine from mount but Wrestler is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. He's simply no match for Chan on the ground. Wrestler really wants to buck Chan off and get back to his feet. Chan is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Wrestler is surviving well by controlling Chan's body position as best he can.

Chan throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Wrestler has his hands clasped together but Chan breaks the hold and Wrestler is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Chan!
